Dr. Ernest P. Chiodo Outstanding Nurse of the Year Award
This award consists of a plaque and $250.00 for the MAOHN recipient and $250.00 for our chapter, MAOHN.

Medique Unique Leadership Award
This award is decided upon by fellow nurses considering a number of criteria including leadership qualities of: Initiative, Motivation, Productivity, Creativity, and Commitment. The recipient will receive a plaque and $300.00 to be used for continuing education.

Moore Medical Award
This award encourages participation in Association meetings and conferences at the local, national, and state level. This award will be $200.00 for the nurse winner and $100.00 for MAOHN.
